ENGLISH TUDOR FRONT YARD DESIGN

This handsome English Tudor residence lacked designated pedestrian paths and was in need of a garden formal enough to coexist with the stately, vintage architecture, and yet soft enough to feel welcoming.  Antique-style concrete paths were installed, as well as an antique brick patio and brick columns to match existing architectural elements in the back yard.  While the clients wanted a rather extensive lawn, all of the mixed plantings are drought tolerant and provide year-round interest in the form of changing foliage color, berries, and flowers.
